3954 is a 2 mil, 10 year high performance PVC with a grey solvent based high tack adhesive. Designed for medium-term outdoor advertising. Can be applied to flat or simple curved unsealed textured surfaces including brick, concrete block, and poured concrete. Removable with heat.
